Following my first csection in Dubai, my doctor recommended me to buy a support belt from the pharmacy. She told me not only would it support the scar but it would help my stomach go’ back in again’, but it would only work if I wore it in the early stages post birth. After religiously wearing one, after about 8 weeks my stomach was pretty much the way it was before birth.

The Belly bandit. The Velcro allows you to tighten it comfortably and allows flexibility. And the area covers the belly area. Definitely one item I do recommend to mums who have just had a baby for both csection and normal delivery.
