To avoid nipple confusion, the best bottles are MAM self sterilising bottles, the teat is really narrow and the bottles are easily to clean and handle.

I started expressing at 5 going on 6 weeks and tried to give a bottle a day. But I found as he got older he expected me to be there to give the bottle and refused to take it from anyone else, so my advice is to get other family members to give the bottle so he gets used to other hands. But overall I would highly recommend these bottles especially if you travel as they can be self sterilised in the microwave.
