Yes this is a paper plate with a hole cut of it plus a few ribbons, that’s all you need for this simple but effective activity.

For my 15 month old he watches me thread the ribbon through the hole and then pulls it, and vice Versa, he then tries to thread the ribbon and then I pull it.

This helps with developing the skill of team work and taking turns, along with fine motor skills.

Different things you could do is use different colours of ribbon and mention the colours, tie one long ribbon and let your little one pull away and tell him it’s mummy’s turn now which helps with the developing the sharing skill.
