Calpol vapour plug. Each refill pad lasts for 8 hours and releases a chamomile and lavender vapour the entire time, which baby will sleep way more comfortably! The plug is reusable but does come with quite a bright blue light, so I plugged it where it wouldn’t catch his eye, but to be honest he barely even noticed it. I bought mine from Asda (UK) for about £5 along with a box of refill pads.
